Richer Automation Inc. (collectively, “Richer Automation,” “Company” “we,” “us,” “our”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data we hold about you. We collect, use and are responsible for certain personal information about you. When we do so we are subject to various laws in the United States, Canada and the General Data Protection Regulation which applies across the European Union (including in the United Kingdom), and we are responsible as “controller” of that personal information for the purposes of those laws.
Richer Automation provides online training courses, tutoring, consulting and other mentorship services. This Privacy Notice explains our practices with respect to personal data we collect and process about you.
1. Information Collection
Richer Automation uses information we collect to analyze how the Service is used, diagnose service or technical problems, maintain security, personalize content, remember information to help you efficiently access your account and courses, monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns, and track user content & users as necessary to comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and other applicable laws. While using our Service, we may ask You to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
- Usage Data: Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. Usage Data may include information such as your Device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. - User Provided information: You provide us information about yourself, such as your name, e-mail address, phone number,, credit card number or debit card number, billing address or any other financial information required to purchase a course. If you do not want to receive such messages, you may opt out by following the instructions in the message. If you correspond with us by email, we may retain the content of your email messages, your email address and our responses.
- Professional or employment-related information: You provide us education or professional qualifications information that is not publicly available personally to provide personalized courses or answer your queries regarding our courses.
2. How and why we use your personal information
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service: Including to monitor the usage of our Service.
- To manage your Account: To manage your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data you provide can give you access to the courses and different functionalities of the Service that are available to you as a registered user.
- For the performance of a contract: The development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products, items or services you have purchased or of any other contract with Us through the Service.
- To contact you: To contact you by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
- Marketing: To provide you with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless you have opted not to receive such information.
- To manage your requests: To attend and manage your requests to us.
- For business transfers: We may use your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by us about our Service users is among the assets transferred.

3. How Your Personal Information is Collected
We collect most of this personal information directly from you via our website and apps. However, we may also collect information:
- From publicly accessible sources (e.g., education records, social media profiles, sign-in OAuth services like Google sign-in);
- Directly from a third party (e.g., sanctions screening providers, credit reporting
agencies, or customer due diligence providers); - From a third party with your consent (e.g., your bank);
- From cookies on our website; and
- Via our IT systems, including: automated monitoring of our websites and other technical systems, such as our computer networks and connections, access control systems, communications systems, email and instant messaging systems; and

We may use your personal information to send you updates (by email, text message, telephone or post) about our products and services, including exclusive offers, promotions or new products and services. We have a legitimate 4 interest in processing your personal information for promotional purposes (see above Clause 2 “How and why we use your personal information”). This means we do not usually need your consent to send you promotional communications. However, where consent is needed, we will ask for this consent separately and clearly. We will always treat your personal information with the utmost respect and never sell it with other organizations for marketing purposes. You have the right to opt out of receiving promotional communications at any time by:

- updating your marketing preferences on our website.
- We may ask you to confirm or update your marketing preferences if you instruct us to provide further products & services in the future, or if there are changes in the law, regulation, or the structure of our business.
5. Who We Share Your Personal Information With
We routinely share personal information with:
- With Affiliates: We may share your information with our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Our Affiliates include our parent company and any other subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us.
- With business partners: Our services are offered through Mastermind Platform run by Mastermind Inc., Address: 400 N. Saint Paul St. Suite 920, Dallas, Texas 75202, USA, Contact person’s name: Robin Alex. We may share your information with our business partners to offer you certain products, services or promotions & other third parties we use to help us run our business, such as marketing agencies or website hosts.
- Service providers: We use to help deliver our products and services to you, such as payment service providers Stripe Inc. Or Square Inc.
- With Your consent: We may disclose your personal information for any other purpose with your consent.
- With other users: when you share personal information or otherwise interact in the public areas or group chats or joint tutoring sessions with other users, such 5 information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly distributed outside. If You interact with other users or register through a Third-Party Social Media Service, your contacts on the Third-Party Social Media Service may see your name, profile, pictures and description of your activity. Similarly, other users will be able to view descriptions of your activity, communicate with you and view your profile.
- Third parties approved by you, including social media sites you choose to link your account to or third-party payment providers.
- We may disclose and exchange information with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
- We may also need to share some personal information with other parties, such as potential buyers of some or all of our business or during a re-structuring. We will typically anonymize information, but this may not always be possible. The recipient of the information will be bound by confidentiality obligations.
We only allow our service providers to handle your personal information if we are satisfied they take appropriate measures to protect your personal information. We also impose contractual obligations on service providers relating to ensure they can only use your personal information to provide services to us and to you.
6. Keeping Your Personal Information Secure
We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost or used or accessed in an unauthorized way. We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to access it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorized manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality. We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Richer Automation or guarantee that your information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.

The Company will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods. Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction. your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer. We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from the Service, nor the information or content contained therein. Please remember that when you use a link to go from the Service to another website, our Privacy Policy is no longer in effect. Your browsing and interaction on any other website, including those that have a link on our website, is subject to that website’s own rules and policies.

12. Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18, we take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
